DealRein is a private workspace for real estate brokerages. This page explains what it handles and why.

Signing in

People sign in through Microsoft 365. Microsoft handles your password, and DealRein never sees it. We keep your name, work email, and role so the right people see the right deals.

What your brokerage adds

DealRein stores the deals, listings, offers, deadlines, commissions, and documents your team enters or uploads. Each brokerage's information is kept separate from every other brokerage's.

Connected email

Connecting a mailbox is a choice each person makes, and they can disconnect it at any time. DealRein looks only for emails with "Envelope Completed" in the subject and their PDF attachments. It keeps those emails' details and what it reads from the PDFs, not your other email.

Automatic reading

To read dates, names, and dollars and to flag possible missing items, DealRein sends documents to Anthropic's Claude AI service. A person confirms what's read before it's saved to a deal, and a person makes every review decision.

Other services we use

DealRein runs on Microsoft Azure in the United States, which also sends its email. If your brokerage connects another system, such as Follow Up Boss or SkySlope, DealRein uses it only for that connection.
