These terms cover your use of the DealRein website and service. A separate agreement with your brokerage controls if it says something different.

Using DealRein

Your brokerage decides who has access. Use your own Microsoft 365 account, keep it secure, and use DealRein only for lawful business purposes.

Your information

Your brokerage keeps ownership of what your team adds. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described on our privacy page. Make sure you have the right to add it.

Check important details

DealRein helps you organize transactions, and its automatic reading and flags can be wrong or miss something. You're responsible for checking dates, documents, and amounts against the signed originals. DealRein doesn't give legal advice, and it doesn't replace your professional or broker supervision duties.

Availability

We work to keep DealRein running and your information safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep required records according to your own record-keeping obligations.

Changes

We may update DealRein and these terms. We'll change the date above when we update the terms.
